Healing made sustainable…

When we acknowledge the path we’ve on, we can connect easier to those around us.

By incorporating new perspectives towards ourselves - through movement, breath-work, sound healing and unique spiritual experiences at SHADANE, we can bring these new insights into our everyday life. We don’t have to wait until we’ve in the yoga studio or a quiet zone to connect deeper to ourselves. We can extend compassion to every waking moment.

Founder and CEO; Keke saw a lack of culturally and socially sensitive healing opportunities in the city and decided to fill that gap.

Keke has been facilitating and holding space for over six years through partnerships with the City of Toronto, Government of Canada and local Toronto non-profits and grass-roots organizations. She launched SHADANE Yoga & Wellness Corp in late 2019 and has created a vibrant community both virtually and in-person.

She is a certified trauma-informed 300HR Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor. She is also a certified CBT-Mindfulness facilitator and Energy/Sound healer.

Outside of teaching and holding space, she is also a multi-disciplinary artist talented in the forms of poetry and embodied movement. She is also a published author. Her hope is to remind us that we are allowed to be intricate human beings. It’s not about fitting in, it’s learning to stand out.
